Train.sima.org provides resources for the snow industry

SIMA recently launched a new and improved Training Center where members can access courses, training materials, downloadable documents, and more all in one place.

Catalog

The newly designed catalog features courses and previously recorded webinars that can be searched by category, available exclusively to SIMA members.

New interface

Access all of your training, including Advanced Snow Manager, Safety 1st, Certified Snow Professional testing, and the Liquids course in a new, easy-to-use interface. The new interface has clickable menus in each course to easily access information. Courses can be paused and restarted, picking up exactly where you left off.

Learning Journeys, such as ASM pictured below, provide detailed descriptions of what steps are needed to complete a course.

 

Downloadable contract and documents

One of the most popular member benefits, SIMA’s downloadable contracts and documents can now be accessed in the Training Center, grouped by category or as single downloads under the Resources tab.

Each category (contracts, HR, operations, and bidding/estimating) has its own course where documents can be viewed and downloaded.

If you have a particular document in mind to download, visit the Resources tab and search to find it. SIMA’s best practices and standards can also be found here.


Team training

Training a team? The new Training Center offers Manager users, where one person in a company can assign courses and due dates and monitor team progress.
