SIMA Snow & Ice Awards honor industry excellence 

Each year, SIMA acknowledges outstanding companies and leaders within the snow and ice management industry through its annual awards program. In 2025, SIMA received a record number of applications for the Best Places to Work in Snow & Ice designation, alongside numerous high-caliber nominations for the All-Star Awards. The 2025 Snow & Ice Symposium provided a valuable opportunity to celebrate the achievements of the following award winners:

The All-Star awards honor individuals who go above and beyond to ensure the success of their company’s winter management operations. All personal  information is redacted from the application and nominees are judged by a committee of their peers.
